We suggest drinking this neat, pour a decent dram in your favourite glass, choose your comfiest seat and shut out the noise of your surroundings, sit back and enjoy. 

JGT Jungle Bird

Ingredients

    150 ml Jamaican Bold Rum, 50 ml Campar, 2 limes (juiced), 350 ml 100% pure pineapple juice, ice (to serve), 4 mint sprigs to garnish (optional)

Method

    Pour all ingredients apart from the ice into a 750ml cocktail shaker, Shake vigorously for 1 minute until well combined, Fill 4 short cocktail glasses with ice and pour over cocktail mix; it should settle with a nice frothy top, Garnish with mint
