Ingredients

    3 parts Smoky whisky, ½ part lime juice, 1 teaspoon lemon syrup, 4 parts ginger beer, Plenty of ice , Collins glass

Method

    Fill the Collins glass with ice, Add all the ingredients and stir, Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint leaves
